We are now seeking a Night Receptionist to join our young Front Office team to assist in taking this magnificent property to the next level. . The ideal candidate must be a very responsible individual, with great customer focus, an excellent command of the English language and high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.

You must be well organized and have a very calm manner when under pressure, exceptional customer service, be a strong team player and have a proven ability to assist in this important department within the hotel. You will need to assist the Night Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and guests, handling all customer requests and complaints and in the running of the Night Audit.

Key requirements:

• An amazing and clear telephone manner with very well spoken English,
• Experience on a Hotel Reception Desk
• Good knowledge of reservations
• Good knowledge of London
• Understanding of Hotel Operations
